⑤ 「Offensive subjects?」 Go ahead.

①「Hugging this character」 Yes. She may be caught off guard, but the hug may be returned.
②「Kissing this character」 Yes. Of course her reaction depends upon the person and situation.
③「Flirting with this character」 Yes, though she may not 'get it' at first.
④「Fighting with this character?」 If you want to, go ahead, but I doubt she did anything to warrant it and she may become sad. Why would you make her sad?
⑤ 「Punching this character (provided they can fight back)?」 Go ahead but she is not the sort to punch back.
⑥ 「Injuring/killing/etc. this character?」 If you're planning on extreme injuries or killing then please let me know, but otherwise Yes.
⑦「Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character?」 Yes, go ahead. However her sixth sense may alert her to somebody's powers even brushing against her mind.

⑨ 「Medical info?」 Beyond the nervousness her sixth sense inspires, she is healthy.
